Just Do It. Sunday Social Refresh

 

Develop a new aesthetic under existing brand guidelines

Nike asked us to refresh the Visual Center of “Just Do It. Sunday” for use across social and in the Nike Run Club app.

 

Insight

Stories, Places, Friends, Goals – these are the reasons we run. JDI Sunday channels these motivations into a single day of record-breaking, story-making runs to remember.

 

 

Make it new, and interesting, but the same.

Nike handed us a bucket of assets and asked us to reinvent the aesthetic of JDI Sunday under tight parameters of a very worn visual center.

 

These tight parameters of posterized graphics, punk rock illustrations and gradient overlays confined us to explorations that manipulated type, images and composition to create the fresh visuals Nike was looking for.

 

The result was a delivery of snackable content, posters and lockups for Nike to use throughout Social Media and across their Run Club app.
